Blue Planet Offices, Inc. rents a full range of PA and music sound systems, a range of video projectors and screens, plus lots of other equipment. We are the only DIY PA sound system source for your business meeting, wedding, party, for a parade float, or other activities and events. We provide delivery, setup and pickup. We are the ONLY AV Rental House in Key West or the Florida Keys. We are the low cost alternative to renting from out of town or hauling stuff to the Keys.

Delivery, setup and pickup from Key West, Key Haven, NAS, Rockland Key Only $35, Big Coppitt & Shark Key area $42, Lower Keys $50-and up based upon IRS 2022 Mileage Rate of 58.5 cents per mile. For other locations, email us for a quote. Delivery charges vary by distance, duration and size of rental. We make sure everything is setup and working properly, but you don't have to pay for a technician to babysit the equipment during your event which saves you significant money. Please contact us about other locations. If you have a major event requiring an on-site technician that is billed at $35.00 per hour.

Before Blue Planet there was no rental source in Key West for video projectors or small sound systems or equipment in the Florida Keys, much less at reasonable rates.
