Southern Most like most large hotels with a conference room for rent had a video projector and screen. Small problem: their cheap little video projector didn't work. The screen itself was unfolded and mounted to a rigid frame with velcro tabs. Apparently the surface was flaking off. (Never mind the creases, etc.) Called at 8 a.m., well before office hours, we had the projector and screen to them in 40 minutes.

The photograph shows our screen in their conference room. It is at a 16:9 format. The full extension 4:3 format requires a higher ceiling.

The ceiling is less then 8 feet. A ceiling of 8 ft. or more is needed for this screen. The conference was over and being packed up when this photo was taken.
